It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the most wonderful godly man, Les Underwood. We rejoice because he is with Jesus, but we grieve to no longer have him here with us. He will be greatly missed and we are so blessed to have shared so many years with him at Lakeside Baptist. Please keep Ruth Underwood and the rest of their family in your prayers.

Our Vacation Bible school’s theme this summer is International Spy Academy by AnswersVBS.

It will be held on Monday, July 21st-Friday, July 25th from 6:00-8:30 pm each evening. Children ages 2-12 are welcome to attend.

It was a cold and dreary day with drifting snow, ice. Although we cancelled the Wednesday Prayer Meeting service because of the conditions, still progress was made!
